Resident. A local, but sometimes abundant species found in Britain as far north as central Scotland where it is very local.
Discovered in the far west of the county at the Cors Dyfi Nature Reserve in 2014.
Wingspan : M & F 9-12mm.
time & Voltinity
Woodlands, fens, hedgerows and marshes.
Spinning. Eggs laid on foodplant. Larva feeds in 'spun up' shoots and young leaves. Pupates under loose bark or rotten wood.
