Resident. Widely distributed and generally common throughout the British Isles.
Recorded at several sites throughout the county.
Wingspan : M & F, 16-22mm.
time & Voltinity
Hedgerows, orchards and gardens.
Spinning. Eggs laid on foodplant. Larva lives and feeds in flower buds, young shoots or between two spun leaves. Pupates in larval habitation.
