Habitat

Mixed woodland and gardens.

Foodplant

Field maple and sycamore.

Lifestage data

Leaf roller. Eggs laid on foodplant. Larva lives in rolled leaves or flowers. Pupates in a white silken cocoon spun in a folded leaf of the foodplant.
