Resident. This is one of the largest Tortricidae to be found in UK. Widespread but uncommon throughout the British Isles.
An uncommon species, found at scattered sites throughout the county.
Wingspan : M & F, 20-29mm.

Wherever foodplant is found.
Many trees and shrubs.
Spinning. Eggs laid on foodplant. Larva spins two leaves flatly, one on top of the other. Pupates in spun leaves.
