Resident. A common species in the half of Britain - spreading northwards and westwards.
First recorded at light in 2017 at Middletown in the north-east of the county.
Wingspan : M & F 20-26mm.
|Flight time & Voltinity
Tube feeder. Eggs laid on pine needle. Larva constructs a tube and feeds within. Pupa is reddish-brown.
