Montgomeryshire Status First recorded in 2015 at Middletown in the east of the county. Wingspan : M & F 16-20mm. Confusion species Care should be taken, other species in this group are very similar. |

(Univoltine)  Habitat Waste ground, open woodland and downland. Foodplant Greater burdock Lifestage data Eggs laid on foodplant. Larva feeds internally on the seeds. Overwinters until April then pupates in situ. |
