A. bipunctosa, A. kaekeritziana and A. pallorella.

Open grassy places.
Common and greater knapweed.
Spinning. Eggs, oviposition site unknown. Larva first feeds in a spun shoot and later in a rolled leaf. Pupates in detritus.
