Resident. Widely distributed and often common throughout the British Isles.
First found in 2014 in the north of the county in the Lake Vyrnwy area.
Wingspan : M & F 9-13mm.

Heathland and open woodland.
Web forming. Eggs on foodplant. Larva lives in a web, feeding on top of leaf. Pupates in dense white cocoon on or near ground.
