Resident. A rare, Nationally scarce B species found mainly in the south of Britain.
This species was first recorded in 2017 at Middletown in the north-east of the county. This is the first record for North Wales.
Wingspan : M & F 12-14mm.

Generally wet or damp places.
Leaf miner. Eggs laid underside of leaf. Larva forms blotch and later folds leaf. Pupates in white cocoon in leaf margin.
