A single very old record from Welshpool in 1967 until found at Middletown in 2015.

Wingspan :   M & F, 7-9mm.

Lifestage data

Leaf miner. Eggs laid on a first year twig of broom. Larva mines under the twig bark. Pupates in a pointed oval cocoon spun on the stem or leaf of the foodplant.
