  Habitat Broadleaf woodland, hedgerows, scrub and gardens. Foodplant Withered & healthy leaves of pedunculate oak, downy birch, hazel, bird cherry & hawthorn. Also recorded on bramble & traveller's-joy. Lifestage data Overwinters as pupa in debris or crevice in bark. Larva July-Oct. |
