A common species, found throughout the county.
Wingspan : M & F, 30-35mm.
Common Fan-foot, Shaded Fan-foot, Small Fan-foot and Jubilee Fan-foot.
Broadleaf woodland, hedgerows and gardens.
Withered leaves of oak and beech, including those that have fallen to the ground, also recorded on bramble.
Overwinters as a fully grown larva. Larva late July-April. Pupates in frail cocoon formed amongst leaf litter.
