  Habitat Mainly wet and boggy places. Foodplant Willows and aspen. Lifestage data Overwinters as an egg which is laid on the twigs of the foodplant. Larva April-June, feeding at first on terminal shoots and later hiding in spun leaves during the day, emerging at night to feed. |
